X-on VoiceLog creates an online phone forum for Community Groups and Business

VoiceLog is a variation of the very popular X-on VoiceBank noticeboard service with the additional ability to allow access via a PIN number to the message bank for the recording of responses and comments, creating an ongoing discussion and making it a phone version of the ubiquitous Blog (Internet Message Board or WebLog).

As well as being useful for Public Announcements, Press Releases and Staff Information, it is a tool for both Community Groups, allowing online discussions on events, and for Product Promotion where consumer feedback is sought. This makes it a valuable asset for both non profit organizations and business.

General access to information messages is provided via phone. Callers with the PIN are then able to access the message bank and leave their comments.

The service is hosted by X-on providing cost savings over in-house sytems and with the resilience provided by triple data locations. We can facilitate large numbers of simultaneous callers ensuring the service runs smoothly and no engaged tones are encountered.

The service is controlled via the phone keypad and for the administrator reports can be accessed on the web or be delivered by email.
